New Moda : Volume II by Sweetwater and Flow by Zen Chic

Just a quick post tonight to share what's new in the shop! 

In the last few days, we have added Zen Chic's newest collection called Flow.  The colors are bright and bold and will play so nicely with previous collections For You and Modern Background. We love that so many of the prints in this collection are great stashbuilders too!

Sweetwater's newest, Volume II, has also arrived in the shop.  This one is a follow up to their Mama Said Sew collection and includes lots of texty prints, low volumes, and more in their usual blacks, reds, and greys.  This dictionary print is the best - definitely hoard worthy!

We also picked up a few of our favorite prints from Bee Creative by Deb Strain.  We couldn't resist the black & gold color scheme, nor the amazing text prints.  And those cute little bees....

New Curated Collections

Hey there!  One of my favorite parts of quilting is pulling fabrics, mixing and matching from different collections and designers.  And I had so much fun in this shop this afternoon putting together a few new Curated Collection bundles!  

This first one is called Bold Bouquet and mixes AMH Folk Song with some C+S Basics and Bella Solids in a pretty mix of prints in bold & warm hues. 

Tula Pink's collections play together well so often and having Elizabeth & Eden on the shelves right next to each other gave me an idea!  The Astraea floral print is one of my all time favorites and a little pink and aqua is always a good idea.  Meet the Elizabeth's Eden bundle ...

Vintage Market by Tasha Noel has some of the cutest little prints perfect for fussy cutting.  I paired a few with some Moda Dotties, a little Daysail, and few other great stashbuilders for this perfectly sweet Market Day bundle.

Hello Darling, Meadowbloom, and Free Fall

So much newness in the shop! Here's a quick update ... 

Hello Darling yardage is arriving early next week, so we've made it available!  These prints and colors are sure to become quick favorites in your B&C stash!

April Rosenthal's newest line, Meadowbloom, is bold and bright!  We love the versatile stash builders, text prints, and fun low volumes in this one. 

Tula's newest collection, Free Fall, is 108" cotton sateen - perfect for backing a special quilt with no fuss!

So excited to share that Simply Colorful by V and Co is here!

This collection includes 30 beautiful stashbuilders in red, orange, and yellow.  (The green, blue & purple prints will arrive in September.)

New Cotton + Steel Holiday collections have arrived!

Spellbound is a fun take on Halloween.  We love the color palette in this one!  It would go great with prints from the Black & White collection as well.

And Tinsel is also here!  Fun and retro this is sure to spice up any holiday project!

Thimble Blossoms Scrappy Sampler Kits & Other Newness

I am so excited about the great response we've had here and on Instagram about our Thimble Blossoms Scrappy Sampler QAL!  So many asked about kits and we're thrilled to be able to offer one for this fun project.

The Scrappy Sampler Kit includes this bundle of fat eighths of prints from both Miss Kate & Daysail.  We've also included a diagram and suggestions for planning fabric place for the most efficient use of your kit.  You can even choose your background - solid white or my favorite Essential Dots. :-)  Kits are available while supplies last.

We also just got the super fun Snippets collection by Sarah Fielke for Windham.  This sewing-themed collection includes both black & whites as well as fun array of colors that remind us of candy buttons.  We have bundles and yardage in the shop!

And ... some fun Fat Eighth Grab Bags have made their appearance! We have two options - rainbow and low volume.  A random mix of 8 prints for just $8 per bundle!

Gardenvale by Jen Kingwell

Gardenvale by Jen Kingwell is here and its really pretty amazing!

Jen's quilts are always very scrappy and I think this collection achieves a scrappy look even though it is all from one collection!  And, as a polka dot lover, I can totally appreciate all the dots in this collection!

We're featuring a group of these prints in our Moda FQ Club bundle this month and then also have three bundles of fun basics.

And then ... there are the panels that have dots and stripes - so many extra prints in the same collection.  It's genius!

I even made a new pouch with this collection.  Scrappy Pouch Kits have sold out quickly, but we have some other options including Daysail and more available as well.

Skopelos & New Cotton and Steel

We've been pretty busy in the shop making room for a lot of new bolts in the past few weeks and they've started to roll in!

Cotton + Steel has a great new collection of Black & White prints and its been flying out the door!

Katarina Roccella has a way with floral prints and we couldn't pass up our favorites from the Skopelos collection!  We have two different bundles available and I am not sure how I'll choose one ... both are so pretty!

Tula Pink's Elizabeth Collection

So exited to share that our Tula Pink Elizabeth bolts are arriving on Monday!

Like every Tula collection, the colors are vibrant and the prints are detailed with fun surprises.  In case you weren't sure you needed it, check out the photo I snapped of her booth from Market last Fall.

Daysail by Bonnie & Camille

Hey all you B&C fans out there!  I am ridiculously excited to announce that our Daysail yardage has shipped and will arrive on our doorstep on Friday! 

Since they are en route, we've added yardage, bundles, and single FQs to the shop.  We'll cut orders with Daysail over the weekend to ship out the beginning of next week.  If you preordered a bundle, these will be cut and shipped first. :)

This collection has some great prints in it ... including stripes, dots, sail boats, florals, and not to be missed text prints!

I loved making my Nova Tote for the Sewvivor contest with a layer cake that I was lucky enough to get a little early!

Daysail Precuts

Hey there and Happy Monday!

We're really excited to report that our first round of Daysail precuts have arrived in the shop!

I was very lucky to get a layer cake early, which I used in my Sewvivor bag project and the collection is so great!

Snag a charm pack, layer cake, or jelly roll while they last!  We'll get our second round in late January/early February.

We also got precuts of Color Theory and Fresh Cut as well!
